Papercut NG, the system we use to manage printing, does track print activity in order to effectively oversee and troubleshoot web print. Currently, the system is configured to remove document identifying information (date, document name, etc) from the Job Log after 3 months. Additionally, all prints logs, account transactions, and application logs are deleted after one year.
