To resolved the issue the ProQuest and ExLibris support team instructed the ITSD network team to whitelist the single IP 66.151.14.129 in the firewall. This IP has the standard Port 22 opened to our internal S/FTP server at address 136.160.89.55. See case 06290632.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files are loaded through S/FTP. Please note that the Sandbox location is configured to pull data from the TEST folders. Make sure to drop the files into the "TEST" folder only when depositing data for the Sandbox. Anything outside of TEST is for production so ensure that test data goes into the test folders.
